I was referred here by a friend and I couldn’t be more happy I listened to her and visited the store and received the help of Angel when I walked in. Not only was she an absolute sweetheart but she listened to all my concerns regarding not just myself but my pets and showed me all the products that worked for her and other clients. She did a wonderful job of making sure I knew all that was out there and that she was really genuine about wanting to help. She also gave me some samples to try on certain items I wasn’t yet sure on and definitely will be back!

I had such a pleasant experience working with Michaela at the CBC store in North Port Florida. I came in to get information about pet medication for my 15-year-old dog who has anxiety. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She directed after me to several products and explain them in detail. I am so happy with the superb customer service.
