The Proper Pipe offers exceptional customer service. Austin cares about the people who walk into his shop and goes out of his way to make sure you understand everything. Spencer is VERY knowledgeable and honest. To tell you, the reader, the truth...I walked in one night because I was experiencing severe neck pain and they were able to recommend a certain CBD oil (no THC, it's all legal over-the-counter product) and it helped tremendously. My dad, who had never taken CBD before, saw how well it worked for my pain and EVEN HE came in to the shop and bought the same oil. Point is, these guys offer a kind and respectful service, whether you're into vaping nicotine or need to acquire over-the-counter CBD oil during a time of pain (like I was experiencing at the time).
