PUMPERNICKEL POPS SMOKE SHOP &VAPE STORE ORMOND BEACH

I have been a customer to both of their stores in Ormond Beach for about three years now. I go in there at very least twice a month. Good quality products and reasonable prices. I feel less stressed when I walk out of there. The employees are awesome! I have always been treated with respect. They are very helpful, polite, and attentive. It’s a very laid-back place. I have never felt like I have been taken.
I assure you, I have nothing to gain with this review. I just tell it like it is… Note to the owners/management: Please don’t change a thing! Unfortunately, it’s a rarity to be treated well and a long-standing satisfied customer anymore. ✌️

I just left because the young lady that was waiting on me decides to help two men who came in behind me. I really liked their incense but I didn't have the opportunity to ask her about it... Very disappointing I liked this place. The young man that's generally there isn't rude that way. So has he been here I would've reviewed 4.5

This is by far the best smoke shop I have EVER shopped from NY to Colorado to California and everywhere in between!! Frankie(sp?) really knows her stuff, she has suggested NUMEROUS go to flavors for myself and my spouse, they sell quality items as I have purchased glass, 510 thread batteries and more! The atmosphere is a VIBE all on its own and they even have a rewards program!! IT. DOESN’T. GET. ANY. BETTER.

Bought a bottle of juice that was opened before a cruise.
After returning I was told could not do anything about the problem.
Very dissatisfied with that answer, could not talk to manager to get a refund.
Would you use something opened, could be anything in there.
Do not buy anything there if you want to be safe.
Bad customer service, bad products

I absolutely love this store never had any issue until a few days ago. I bought some pods got home and they were the wrong ones for salt nic. I used them anyways with regular e-juice that I had until after this storm passes. I know there will be a response from whoever runs this shop. My last name has changed so you won't find it under Mcclanahan. I will continue to go to this store because I should have checked before I left the store. Check your products people before you leave the store! Half the reviews is because you don't check them. Being a store manager from a vape shop in the past I tell people check them! And take more than one puff of your disposable before you leave

Franky employee of the Ormond store is appearntly doing us favors by selling to people depending on her mood. I'll make sure I do what I need to keep my word about dropping the ratings at this store. Pos employee. I even went and pulled out cash after she declined my wife's card. Then my cash because she has an attitude .. I promise I'll make it clear to through ratings how disappointed I am.. that was the last straw with employees u keep hiring. I'll have my wife brother and sister do the same. Done. I spend way to much money. Thousands. To deal with that

The entire crew here is absolutely amazing and highly knowledgeable. I started coming here in 2018 and prefer them over anyone else. Highly recommend this store.

Literally the worst smoke shop. Devices are always defected and their flavor selections are terrible.

I walked out the store tried my vape. No flavor, and they didn't give two $#its. Last time I was in I asked for a recommendation based on wanting something with a juicy flavor. That device was trash.

Just sharing this cuz, if this is your only option, you're better off saving your money.

Sold me a carb cap for a puffco peak they assured me would fit it did not refused to take it back

These guys are awesome!!! Everything you could need!! Really spoiled at pops because they have everything I need!! I’ve tried other shops and they just don’t compare!! 5 stars goes to them!!
