Gorgeous shop and friendly staff. Their glass pipes are from local artists so you get a really unique piece for a decent price. The Google pictures don't do justice to how much awesome stuff they have, not just smoking supplies. Definitely will visit every time I'm in town.

The owner was great to talk to and provided awesome service. They even came out with window cleaner and placed a sticker on our car for us for free.

This place has an amazing aroma and an endless amount of shiny things! A truly wonderful store with a unique selection.
I was able to find a most useful product here in their CBD tinctures, it helps me to sleep, and the extra alertness I experience in the morning and throughout the day is very helpful.

I love YB Normal! It's a staple within Palm Harbor . I just heard their old building on the South side of 19 had burned to the ground ! My deepest condolences to the owner and staff . The new location is nice but they need more inventory. Unfortunately not as much as there was in their old location . Still everyone who works there is awesome , knowledgeable and professional due to the circumstances. Get the word out YB Normal is just in a new location and if we the patrons continue to go there as well as new comers they will be able to get more inventory and make a permanent move hopefully in a place as nostalgic as the old building ! Great place Great Service go there for all your smoking needs as well as for their unique products ! 👍✌

Nothing normal about wearing a muzzle in public. I figured this place of all places would live up to its name. Never buying anything from here again. Stop the mask madness and I’ll remove my review. This is ridiculous. Edit: I change to 5 stars because you’re not the problem, merely a product of the problem.

The staff here is very pleasant and professional. The selection here is really rather limited and small, the place is very tiny, and the prices are really really high for things that you could probably get online at other places down the road or from some other store. They do have a lot in there small store and are very helpful so there is a nice feeling when you go.
