Shannon is so knowledgeable about the science behind the products and why they work! Last month I bought the CBD Night gummies hoping they would help me sleep better through the night as my system does not do well with sleep aids such as Tylonol PM. This product has been a game changer for me! I just went back and bought the tincture as it is more cost effective than the gummies and it works every bit as well! It gently helps me fall asleep, I am able to wake in the middle of the night if I need to, and am able to easily go back to sleep and most mornings I wake naturally about 30 minutes before my alarm goes off, and even if I sleep until the alarm, I'm not struggling to wake up. I'm so glad I found this product!
