Trulieve Panama City Beach Dispensary

Advertisements not very thorough, but I believe that's a company level error. Store is always clean, most staff I'd friendly but wait times can be long so online ordering and check in is highly suggested. Sometimes out of products & for me the only 2 cons have to do with location. Wish there was a closer on and didn't have to go all the way to front beach and the parking lot can be crowded and tight to fit larger cars in. All in all I would recommend this location. Check online for promotions before you go and save time & money (but read the fine print!).

Nicole S was the very best. I’m old. Don’t know or like technology. She stayed at my house till she figured it out. She kept a smile when I wanted to cry. She’s valuable. She got me my order. I’m not sure anyone else would have gone to the effort. Love her!

Their products are excellent but they are the only dispensary where you can’t go and pick up an order in under an hour. Be expected to make shopping here a large part of your day. I would give them 1.5 stars because their products are not bad, but I have to round down.

They were so helpful with my husband's first visit. I'm looking forward to him getting his medication from this location again. All the staff, especially Mark, were amazing, and the facility was nice and clean.

Carlos was very helpful and went out of his way to get a great alternative to what I wanted when one product was out. He is very knowledgeable. Trulieve has good quality product in most every category.
Update 12-23-22: Is always busy so order online. Can't beat their prices for quality especially on concentrates. Walter is also a great budtender, always friendly and helpful as well as goes above and beyond.

After my visit today, I won’t be going back for a long time. The wait times are awful. I spent 45 minutes in the lobby waiting to just be called back. When I got there the wait time was listed as 23 minutes. It used to be a little better. There are plenty of other dispensaries with great product and sales to choose from.

3 days fresh out of surgery i find myself searching for a break through pain reliever ,so, off to Trulieve! Not wanting to leave the bed , but the pain making it necessary, I was called back by Rich. He immediately noticed my discomfort and went to find me a chair to ease my discomfort while shopping! i explained my situation to Rich who guided me very knowledgeably to a THC product that I would have ever considered trying. The store was clean,the product is impressive and Rich presented a informative and pleasant experience. I look forward to returning for more of the products.

Quality bud that surpasses pretty much every dispensary in Bay County. However, their system of serving customers is not working at all. Every time I come here I wait 30 to 45 minutes...even if I order online. It's frustrating...especially when other dispensaries have the system down solid. I hope they can figure this out.

Occasional miscommuncations but they make it right. Highly recommended, shopping exclusively here for years. The manager lady on 2/18/23 in the afternoon was top-notch. Thank you.
