I recently got my medical card last Friday and I believe it was “Rich” who helped me out! It was such an AMAZING experience! I took a visit at all the other dispensaries an honestly compared. Rich has an AMAZING, caring, positive, personality. He turned my mood completely around while also teaching me about everything and helping me get the best stuff! I must say his work ethic is extremely amazing. Not only is he 100% amazing at what he does but he remembers customers names and makes positive interactions with almost everyone. Rich really made my day.

Don't place an online order drive 2 hrs then expect them to be open till when they say they are be at least 45 minutes early

Went in to purchase flower, and was told would have to do online, despite fact there was NOTHING on website saying so. Manager was absolutely no help. Very poor management!

As long as you order ahead the wait isn't too bad. But if you are going to shop be prepared to wait quite a while. Although they have wonderful products especially they're trupods. Staff is very friendly and always smiling. They also seem very knowledgeable of their products and are more than willing to be helpful however they can. I will definitely shop there again.

The Trulieve products are very high quality if you choose the better of their selection. I highly recommend this store because of the awesome concentrates that you can't get anywhere else in town or on the beach (PCB)!!!!

You order stuff online when you get there they tell you it is out. The employees hate working there. Called to get help w stuff not being there when ordering and couldn't get a call back from a supervisor. Will never go there again.
