Mark was very helpful and welcoming during my first visit at trulieve. He recommended the black tuna and I was thoroughly pleased with his recommendation.

Poor store customer service. The last two orders were wrong, it took me 4 days to get them. This last delivery order I combined 2 orders, I only got one order. Customer service said emails were sent confirming they would be combined. I drove to their location and when I got there the manager said he did not get an email and was very rude, calling me a liar. I spoke to another employee and they told me that he did get the email and he just didn't want to combine the orders. I do not recommend this location.

Usually not a fan of trulieve but lately Carlos has been my bud tender and he has really began to understand what I like and the medicines that are good for me . He has definitely turned it around from a place I used to dread going to and making it a good experience for me .
