Really nice people who own the store, however it's more of a Head Shop rather than a Vape Store. They sold a lot of glass Paraphernalia and not a lot of vape juice which was all premixed and nothing made in house. I did purchase a SMOK Mod which I'm very pleased with. I accidentally left my other Mod in a restroom while traveling...smh...so 2 hours later I felt very lucky to find this shop!

I have never given a bad review on Google EVER however I can't get over this. I misplaced my entire vape kit and was in the market for a new everything. I called and spoke with a nice lady I guess to be the owner and got directions to the shop. You know I'm not going to drag this out I bought a great looking mod and did some super fast research on the Smok T-Priv and said I'll take it. Unlike EVERY shop I have gone to and bought mods from this was not in a box it was just sitting in the case, so I started asking questions and the nice lady behind the case didn't have any idea on how to use it which is fine I'm leaving a lot of stuff out , this is a warning to anyone that goes to Vito' s they re-sale mods that others don't want as new hince the missing box, the extra gaskets the replacement things that you are to get when you buy a "NEW" mod. The Smok T-Priv has a puff counter and I guess either they didn't know this or didn't care my mod had 876puffs on it after I went online and learned my mod because I had no instructions that come in the box. The juice is clearly watered down and not as flavorful as it's supposed to be, the extra battery charger I was told to get because nothing else would properly charge my mod doesn't work, I could go on but I wont. I am not asking for my money back or exchange or anything I just want Vito s to know how much $ they lost with their bad business decisions. I have since spent over 500 more dollars getting new mod kits juice etc. The lady did not even know how to turn the mod off she said just lock it it's the same, had they educated themselves on their products I would have never known my "new" mod had be puffed almost 1000 times before they resold it to me. I wish no bad karma on anyone but this is not the way to run a business. Buyer Beware
