Prices seem to change depending on who is working the register my 48.10 cart magicly becomes 53+ … will be going elsewhere for now on as I watched the employee physically change the price up for no reason then berate me for calling him out … imagine my surprise when I find out I can buy the same cart with free shipping from the manufacturer for 30.

I used to love this place they don't care about you as a costumer, they sold me something promising a flavor but they give me a awful one. I ask for and exchange or refund the sales person refused to do anything for me being a costumer for a while. New costumer please don't go to this place besides expensive they are ruthless

On 7/31/2021 I purchased bottle of Elderberry CBD Gummies that the salesman said were for sleep. On the evening of 7/31 I took one gummy and within 30 minutes became very sick, nausea and vomiting. I though it was something I ate earlier and the next night I took another and again became sick. On 8/2 I took the bottle and receipt back into the store and was told by the counter sales guy that no refund could be made because they did not offer refunds. This is not on the sales receipt but on a sign at the back of the store. I had spent 65.15 on this product. I offered to take the refund in merchandise that I had used from the store before. The salesman who identified himself as the manager refused and again said no refund. I said that I was going to call the health department and he told me to get out of the store, and pointed at the exit. It is my opinion that the product I purchased is defective and also the store exhibits very poor customer relations. I also asked to speak to the regional manager or owner and the salesman refused. He did ask to look at my receipt and took my name in case I complained. Needless to say that is my last purchase in that store.

Amazing products. I bought the organic hot pain creme and it has been wonderful to treat my ankle pain. Location is great, the store is clean and neat, and the staff is knowledgeable and friendly.

My first experience in a CBD store was fantastic. Gabriel helped me to decide what products would be most beneficial to help with my pain. Purchased gummies and oil. Used the gummies last night before bed and finally was able to sleep through the night for the first time in years. What a great store and people. Highly recommend this store to anyone suffering with pain.
