Wow ! What a bad attitude the “supposed to be the owner “has over the phone! I just called to ask for on address and instead of a pleasant response he asked my name , who I was , and so many other questions that I didn’t get a chance to ask the address. His arrogance was Unacceptable . Definitely don’t recommend rude store representative that I have experienced . He also hung up the phone because I didn’t tell him my name lol wow

I would rate this place with ZERO stars If I could!!!! The owner of this store, Jim, is nasty & rude!! My husband purchased some CBD for our dog who is terrified of thunderstorms, they advised that the CBD needs to be administered daily. I do not want or need something that needs to be given daily!! I went back to the store to return the unopened unused items, that were actually quite expensive!! When I inquired about returning the clerk said she would have to call the owner, after speaking with him she relayed his answer was no. NO?! I asked where is their return policy was posted, as nothing is displayed in the store or on the receipt. She called him back, asked where the return policy was listed, she then handed her phone to me to speak to Jim. When I again asked where the return policy was posted as I don’t see ANYTHING posted ANYWHERE about NOT accepting a return, his response was that there is also nothing posted that they WILL accept a return - nice retort Jim!! There was no having a conversation with him, he was rude and combative, interrupting me and not allowing me to speak. So finally I told him it would be a good idea to post your return policy on the receipt or in the store, and that I would be sure and write a review about my experience - now this is were mean, rude Jim turned NASTY!!! Saying how dare I do post a negative review, asking where I work and where I live in a very threatening way!!! NOT SOMEONE I WILL EVER DO BUSINESS WITH EVER AGAIN, & I RECOMMEND YOU STAY FAR FAR AWAY… there are plenty of other CBD stores out there!!!!!

I had a great experience at this store, I was going thru chemo and my hand swelled, I talked to Jim and he said hey try this cream, it worked instantly when nothing else would. It works great for my neuropathy in both my hands and feet. Jim is amazing and filled with knowledge and the store is a spa like setting. Hands down the best place to get your CBD supplies!

Jim, owner nice guy recommended their best seller Topical Cream 1000 for my tendinitis. Completely ineffective. Am considering it a $100+ lesson in CDB.
I realize not all remedies work for all ailments. However Jim “ touted” the cream as being THC free, which may or may not be a good thing. A competitor at PG farmers market says THC critical component. Also noted that their return policy is “if it doesn’t work, bring back unused portion for full refund.” Provida. Good luck, your mileage may vary.

Sun Med Topical Cream has been life saver for my degenerative disc disease. I've put off surgery for 20+years (diagnosed young) and tried many different meds with little to no relief. My normal flair ups are about every 4-6 mths and I do nothing to cause this. Normally in pain and can't get comfortable for atleast a week. The one flair up I've had since using the products, was nowhere near what I've experienced in the past and only uncomfortable about 48hrs. Where has this been all my life!?

I visited the store with my family, but ended up buying the collagen cream. I really like that it's not greasy and smells good too. The shop owner was very knowledgeable about the products. I will definitely go back next time I'm in town.

I tried Sun Med topical cream, because I was told by the owner of the store it helped everyone that’s used it with back pain, even a man that had 3 back surgeries. I tried 3 or 4 times and it did nothing for the pain. Also tried on my knee that was bothering me. No relief. I also purchased the tincture oil that you put under your tongue. I tried that expecting some pain relief, but didn’t help. All together I spent $154.08 for products that don’t work. I feel there was to much hype about these products to get me to buy them.

Great store - felt fight at home. Jim and staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. I would recommend anything sold at this store. High quality! Would not go anywhere else.
