Decent products but horrible customer service. When it comes to returns they will not take any thing back pretty much even when sealed. If you buy a vape from them and it's a dud and you forget to check before you leave the store they will not even try to give you the wholesale price for a new replacement. From all my experiences they just seem to be out to make as much money as possible with out maintaining good service to the customers. Alot of the items in this store are marked up way past the retail price and they will not go down even when you try to negotiate going closer to the retail price. They will not talk about prices over the phone because they claim they have competitive prices. Every other headshop and vapeshop in the area will talk to you about the prices of what they are selling and normally are selling the same stuff closer to retail price.

Had trouble finding specific Caliburn vape I wanted. Another vape shop referred me here. Jacob was kind enough to hold it for me. Very pricey, but I waited too late to order one online. Great service tho.
