Very cool shop. Specializes in higher end pieces but had a really good variety. Great edible products. Cool selection of nicotine vapes too. The employee Michael knows a lot about the products and has a good vibe. Easy parking. My go to shop.

EAV Smoke and Vape is one of the neat if not the best vape/smoke shop in ATL! When you go there ask for Ian, Brandon, or Amanda! Customer service that they provide is unmatched! When I say that the environment is so chill, you can ask any question and they will help you get the nest information, here are a couple images from my visit!

Even though they didn't have what I initially ordered, one of their associates communicated with me personally. He offered a wide array of superior replacements, while agreeing to honor the original sales price. I myself am unaccustomed to such personal treatment from businesses of this nature and must admit to being deeply impressed.

Poor customer service. The front counter rep did not know of the item I was looking for and did not inquire for more information to assist in the purchase. He simply sat three containers in front of me told me if it’s not in there then it probably only comes with a set. When I tried to further explain the item he cut me off each time and reiterated what he already said about the items in the containers. I will never return and I will let my friends that are all from the neighborhood know.

Like the review under this one I stopped shopping here due to not feeling welcomed due to my skin color. I used to go at least 3 days a week and spent at least $30 per visit. I felt like I was a bother. The tall white guy was always nice but the short white woman made it clear that she didn’t want to be bothered by me and my cousin. It’s sad because it’s so close to my house, but I refuse to give my money where I don’t feel welcomed. Nice product selection though.
