My Vape kicked the bucket and I desperately needed a new one. I must have spent over an hour in this store learning about all the different vape types. The guy behind the counter (forgot his name cause I am a terrible person) was knowledgeable and friendly. He didn't rush or up sell me , just took his time making sure I got exactly what I wanted and answered all of my questions. The price points are better then any place on the web as well. I adore my new vape so much I named it Stanley. =)

I went to this place last night and I was skeptical just because some of the previous reviews.. I believe the man who helped me was named Josh. He made my visit a great one. He was very informative about the vapes and any questions that I had. I overall say that this place has great vapes and many vape flavors for a reasonable price. Only downfall is that there is no cheaper house e-juice. It’s okay though because I’m definitely getting “humble” when I go back next week. You all have a new customer!

Had great service the first few times I went. My girlfriend also frequents this store. Glass a tad pricier relative to quality but you're paying for location/convenience I guess. All fine, I know my side of town...I've been around since before it was "hip" and "trendy" and everyone wanted to move here, that's cool.
Last time I went, the guy with the dreads seemed like it was killing him to answer any simple question we had.
What's disappointing is I know he's capable of giving better service, because I saw and heard him do so. So there was something specifically about us.
The guy literally came across as "omg why are you in here asking me questions...go away". Usually people in that age group at least know how to pretend to be friendly.
I hope the management and staff know who I'm speaking of. For what it's worth, the one question my girlfriend asked he answered with no hesitation. So maybe he makes more of an effort with female customers. At least he doesn't use the "what a stupid question" tone with them...
There's plenty of bars in the area where poor attitude and meh service fit in just fine. Management could probably cold call or visit to verify this...ask a few general questions and see for yourself. I'll be holding out on here for a while, hopefully by then the guy has moved on.

One when I called up there today to look for a specific or that I was trying to find she was rude over the phone... So I tried to give her the benefit of the doubt and say maybe she just has a lot of people in front of her and she's busy.. So I got over to the store I walk in and tell her that I called today and I was looking for a specific oil because everybody is carrying the one that I'm not looking for.. so I asked her could I see it so I can make sure it's the one that I need.. She's very rudely said yeah that's the one you need.. I said I just want to make sure because they make different versions of it she's a vicious repeated again you need... I was about to react very rude and back towards her but I didn't about the call and I left... Needless to say I would never go back to the store ever again as long as she's there.. She's rude sucks at customer service.. I don't understand how could you let somebody like that work for you... I am a retail manager and I wish one of my employees would talk to a customer that way they wouldn't be there... I guess a lot of those reviews we're old.. Staff does change over time so maybe she's a new person I don't know.. But she was a very heavy set white girl with glasses and long black straight hair.. She has the worst attitude I ever encounter in a retail store in my life.. I'm sitting outside the shop right now rating this review because I was so pissed when I left... I never give bad bad ratings but she deserve it period. I had this experience August 28th 2018 at 7:15 p.m.

Flawlessly Peaceful
Excellent place. Saw it once and saw a pendant I had to get. Luckily they had it and found excellent juice as well. Amanda was super helpful and above and beyond. I got everything I wanted and more!
