store sold me the wrong pods for my Koko even when I showed him the pod it was and soecified it was the new one. He even checked the packaging (literally brought my vape in🙄) and then came back a few minutes after leaving and they were unhelpful , couldnt return them even thought i only opened the package to see they were the wrong ones. Best he could do was “offer me a disposable” even though i just wasted $15 bucks and told them they might as well throw away the brand new pods cause I cant use them and they don’t know their products.

This has to be the worst hookah store in Georgia, this store is like daylight robbery, I came in for a hookah coal burner. The white cashier dude without a name tag legit packaged a broken item with the box torn and sold it to me. The moment I left the store and returned less than 10min when I found out the store said their sale is final even if it works or not and they can’t exchange or replace it. There are better stores down the street, for ur sanity and peace of mind please just stay away from this store.

Walked into the store late last night to pick up some shisha. Per usual it felt like a social gathering more than business. The girl at the front seemed more concerned with socializing and entertaining a group of three (only one of which was making a purchase) while I waited, and soon thereafter another customer, a lady; walked in and and began waiting as well. The girl working finally finished her interaction and rang up the sale, then immediately stated helping the lady that was behind me in line... I then get a half a** apology before I get helped. I am patient. I rarely write reviews even when service is questionable. But this was a straight lack of professionalism and it wasn't my first experience in stores like this. For once I'd like to find a smoke shop more concerned with doing good business rather than entertaining.

I had went into the shop this afternoon and bought a new mod and some salt nix juice. When I got home later this evening I had a few questions regarding the mod and the juice so I called the store. I was so happy when PHILIP answered. He answered all my questions I had and made sure that I understood everything and told me if I had any further concerns to just come back to the shop and he would further assist me. You could tell how happy he was just by the joy in his voice! He ALWAYS has such an amazing smile and attitude every single time I see him at Xhale City in Buford. He is so eager to help and answer any and all my questions. He even goes above and beyond making sure to show me juices and mods that’s he uses and recommends. Never rushing me. Always taking time to make sure I am happy with my selections! He is one reason why I keep coming to the shop and never take my business anywhere else! Thank you SO much Philip for being so kind and helpful! You are truly one in a million!!❤️

Today was my worst experience. It’s usually smooth going each time. I was very disappointing cashier named Katie was flirting with a customer talking to him forever discussing unnecessary things. It took her so long to get to me and I was the only other customer. So
Unprofessional. She finally helped me and then complained about register issues.
