Xhale City - Little 5 Points | CBD • Smoke • Vape |

I just got home from visiting this Xhale City location. I almost never leave Google reviews, but when the customer service is so amazing and the employees, Lisa and Ali, have such impressive product knowledge while providing quite the warm, welcoming atmosphere…..how could I not?

Lisa and Ali both greeted me with genuine smiles the moment I entered the store. The store was very clean. Product placement was excellent; I didn’t see anything that needed to be restocked, I didn’t see any clutter. The glass display was super clean. The music wasn’t disgusting or too loud.

I knew I wanted an HHC disposable, but I was on a budget. Lisa had plenty of recommendations. She described the differences between the options in an understandable way. She was really patient with me and all of my questions! She was very friendly. This matters especially because I had a bad day today and this experience shined light on my day.

I didn’t feel pressured to buy anything. I didn’t feel awkward or out of place. I didn’t feel unappreciated or ignored. I felt the exact opposite. I’ve had mediocre experiences at other shops, which were dirty or had clutter everywhere with bad lighting and awful loud music and employees who don’t know, don’t care, or push a product on me. This store is totally on it. Ali was also incredibly nice and shared an awesome recommendation that I’m actually going to get when I get my next paycheck! Thank you guys for being so knowledgeable, keeping the store so presentable, providing exceptional customer service, and giving me a place to feel better. I appreciate it!!

Great selection of products but terrible customer service and business practices.

I have frequently visited multiple locations to purchase a variety of items to support my... recreational activities. It really sucks that after purchasing a novel lava lamp pipe for almost $100, that doesn't work at all, I'm unable to return OR exchange it for a similar item that functions properly.

As a smoker, I recognize that many customers of Xhale will spend a significant amount on equipment. DO NOT purchase anything here for a price you're not willing lose.

I understand that no return policies exist, but to leave customers holding the bag for expensive products that do not function as intended is a scam. You guys lost a lot of customers today.

Elizabeth slays, she’s my bestie, she helped us so frickin good and gave me a discount just bc it was my bday, I love Elizabeth, idk about the rest of the staff, but Elizabeth really gave me the best service tonight. loves her. 17/10.

It's hard to imagine that there is a vape shop out there with worse employees than Cloud 9, but the two individuals "working" at the Xhale City in Little Five have taken the cake for sure. While the girl working listened to every single whim and anecdote of the CBD customer that came in after me, while I stared, alternately between the butane and employees for over ten minutes. I asked the kid sitting in the chair at the front if he worked there, and he glanced up from his phone for a moment to reply "Yeah, but some people steal from us, so I have to sit here and uh, work security. Also it's my last day, so I don't really care." He then resumed watching his phone. Eventually, I was told that their cheapest can of butane was $8.30. Outrageous. I had already been standing in this store for 15 minutes just to buy some butane, so I bit the bullet, bought the butane, and went home. Hope I don't forget to buy a can at the grocery store for a third of that price again. What a joke.

I love this place because of the ladies. Sherri, Lisa, Nia, and Jacquelyn. They are amazing, kind, and helpful. Sherri, if she isn't, should be a regional manager. All the ladies deserve a raise and recognition. I do not choose this store for its products or prices ( they are both good) ...As vape shops are everywhere and 3 are closer to my home. I'm loyal to shopping only at xhale 5 point store solely because of these ladies. ...I know Jacki is over at the Ponce location now. The gals are always helpful and guide me on the right products. It's always nice to stop in and feel welcomed.

Thomas is my go to guy every time I come here. He always keep me up to date on the newest products in stock based on what I’m looking for at the time and his recommendations are awesome. I purchase more products gladly thanks to Thomas and his eye for what’s best for the customer. This guy deserves a raise and promotion for the great service he provides.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Too callous, nonchalant, and care-free. These two ladies need a crash course in how be professional in the workplace when consumers are around, as well, a complete attitude adjustment. Usually my go-to vape shop, but after having to listen to the associates having an off-topic conversation laden with profanities, and telling me that if I come back at 5p, then I might be wasting my gas, I think I’ll try another place of business moving forward.

Pretty cool people with a wide selection products. I frequent this location for legal THC products and all have had some sort of positive effects. I did go there for Pure THC-O edibles. They have some that had it mixed in with other THCs. But with how much this industry is growing. It's hard to blame them.

shop. He was super friendly and helpful, he answered all of our questions like a pro. We honestly stayed longer than we have at any other shop because of his knowledge of the products.

He is a million dollar employee, they are lucky to have him on board! Will definitely be retuning because of him! :)

Otherwise shop is also very clean, well organized and easily accessible.

Wasn't told that the vape device i bought needed extra batteries despite asking if i could use the device immediately after purchase. No worries, everyone makes mistakes. My problem is that they wouldnt allow me to return or even exchange the product or even offer a discount for the batteries.
