My first visit was great. The gentleman was very informative and helpful. Today was horrible. He never bothered to come around the counter to assist me. He just stood there and pointed at items and acted as if he irritated for some reason. As I remained in the store looking for more products a couple came in after me and instantly received a warm greeting and offer to be assisted. I wanted to request a refund, but I decided to just leave and never return. Quality customer service should be given to ALL of the customers!!!

I came into this store in much back pain. Immediately Max gave me CBD in a bit of water and had me rub some pain cream on my back as well. I promise you within 5 minutes the pain had eased to the point that I could walk again with ease. Max is a very knowledgeable guy and knows his products well.
