Absolutely love this place!! The selection is great the staff is amazing and the dog is adorable 🥰. I have a great experience anytime I come here I highly recommend this place for current vapers to newbies. You'll get friendly service and any explanations you need.

terrible service. These employees have no regards for customers . I came into the store without no greeting but yet there’s more than 1 person that works at the store . Tried to buy a product and then had to wait until the cashier stopped flirting with the female customer . It’s very annoying to have to sit and listen and hear that rather than moving her along and assisting other customers . Won’t be coming back here ! It’s known for trailer trash service

I’m very involved with Xhale city and I shop at Jonesboro and locust grove location.
Came to check out this location for new glass and it did not meet my expectations.
The glass selection was pretty low compared to all the other stores.
The girl with the pink hair was awesome but everyone else seemed like zombies.
With a little better attitude and more personality this location would be great.
Probably shouldn’t have a sign that says leave a review when the attitude isn’t the best.

The only place in the city I get my hookah supplies. They always have everything I need in one quick stop. Friendly helpful staff. Tyler and Patrick were great assistance with the purchase of another hookah. They fully explain everything.
