I was just listening to the commercial on the radio. They talked about how much knowledge the employees have. What I ask a question on different products the only answer I ever receive is "I don't know." They never offer to call another store to find out. Absolutely no knowledge of their products.

I recently went there and noticed after looking at several items that nothing was being properly stored at temperatures so some of the product was ruined they were still selling it they didn't even seem to be aware that they were storing their products inappropriately wrong temperatures too hot

This is the best vape store in Augusta. They have friendly staff, as well as a large selection of vaping devices, CBD and Kratom! I recently had an issue with an item that I purchased. The customer service that I received was exceptional!

Good place, good variety and fair pricing.... the only reason its 4 stars is the pricing was lower on the packaging but they did verbally quote the correct price before I purchased. Guess inflation is hard to stay up with.
