5 stars for the service, 1 star for the product, so 3 stars even. I’ve twice now had cartridges where the distillate leaks out of its intended area and plugs up the airway when I go to pull. The first time I thought was a fluke, but twice with the same problem suggests poor packaging/quality control. It’s really unfortunate, because the location is convenient & the staff is helpful and friendly.
