Due to the covid -19 they say they are open but the store is Closed to drive through Window only. must not be essential business, but still allowed to be open. I was going to look around and spend good money maybe I should stand at the window and ask to see every water pipe in the store.might take a while but hey that’s customer service right.

Very nice and knowledgeable staff, have a lot of things out of stock I was interested in looking at, drove from Cartersville in the rain and left without anything I drove there for. I'm not going again unless I call to see if anything I wanted wasn't there.they have alot of nice novelty pipes and ended up buying one of them, good salesman there 😎

They sold me a bad vape pen. I returned within hours after buying it to get help with it. The employee tried his best to fix it, we thought he had, drove down the road and after 2 puffs, it quit working again. He worked on it and finally got it working again. I told him I didn't want a pen I was constantly having issues with and if it stopped working again could I return or exchange it. He said they have a no return policy period even if they sell a broken product, they don't replace it!!!! I went down the road to Vapor Craft and bought a working vaporizer. I asked what their return policy was; Vapor Craft has a 30 day return policy, but I didn't need it because their product actually works. Only reason I'm giving the smoke shop a 2 is because the salesman really did try his best to help me fix a bad product.

I've been coming to this shop off and on for 4 months now, and my experiences have been consistent. All of the staff have been courteous, patient, and put in effort to help me find what I'm looking for. They seem to have decent prices of vape juice, but when I come, I'm shopping for kratom. I used to buy in bulk in Atlanta, so the prices are a bit steeper than what I'm used to paying. However, after shopping around in Rome, I know a couple of places where, yes, I can get more for less money, but I keep coming back to Alpha Smoke because their stock is premium and consistent. This is also the only shop I've been to (out of 7 or 8, mostly in Atlanta) where the staff is knowledgeable about the strains and so helpful in helping you find what you need. I also dig the atmosphere when I come into this store. It feels laid back and non-judgmental, unlike most of the vape shops I've been to.
