I came here a little less than a week ago and the bleach blonde female associate with a septum piercing was extremely rude to me. She was giving me the death stare the moment i walked in and when i told her i wasn’t sure what i wanted but that i didn’t like elf bars, she continued to just glare at me and not say a word. I asked what the flavors were for “airo bars” and she borderline yelled them at me. After i paid i realized that this was made by elf bar which I told her i didn’t like. I totally understand getting frustrated at work as I myself am a server. People have bad days and that’s totally fine. But this associates attitude and behavior made me uncomfy to the point that I will never be back. I dont like writing bad reviews but I have never seen someone more angry to be at work and it was unnerving

Rude staff. Terrible service. I stopped here to buy some incense and a vape. I happen to have my child with me coming from grocery shopping. They refused me service for having "a minor" with me and sited a law posted on their door.
When I showed them the law posted on their own door pertained to the sale of minors and it was completely within the law and my rights to purchase alcohol or tobacco while with my child they then just said we are not going to help you....
Not sure if it is because of me being a MINORITY and being JUDGED or if they are just completely IGNORANT to the LAW

This place is not in business to help customers only to help themselves!! I purchased a Smok tank from them that leaked from the day I got it. I asked for store credit they would give it. Then the manager Rachel walked in and totally ignored the issue and walked out on me while I was talking to her. I was extremely generous, I was positive and wasn't rude in any way. I have worked with many Vape Shops and the y always do good business with the customers because you want them to return. I don't recommend this location or any other Xhale City location to anyone because that is not a business you want to deal with. I know they will try to convince me to remove this comment and I will not because I gave them a opportunity to fix this and they didn't. So if you want to spend your money with a vape shop do it elsewhere! They have no exchange or refund visible but nothing about store credit!!!

Happy with the selection here on just about anything. The wife and I decided to stop in from out of town. Just wanted to grab a few disposables. But the vast selection kept us browsing. Employee was very patient and polite. Top notch 💯

Of all the "vape shops" in this town, this has got to be one of the worst. Don't go here if you need eliquid. They literally never have it.
I asked about why and the dude at the counter said it's a combination of having a warehouse that's slow to fill orders, plus employee laziness because what they do get on they don't inventory or shelve.
What's the point of that?
Horrible! Go elsewhere for eliquid and vape. This shop ain't it.

I’ve been shopping here for a few years now but recently this store has stepped up its game!! Extremely clean and organized inside, much more so than the other Xhale stores I visit frequently. Alex and Brandon were very kind and easy to conversation with! I’ll be coming back more often! New favorite store!

Honestly this used to be my favorite exhale, but my last experience was just disappointing. Staff didn't really have many answers to my questions. Also, I bought a whip dispenser at another location and I know it's not their fault, but I ended up only with a corporate number to call. The staff was apologetic, I'll give them that.
