I am a very frequent customer at your Victory Dr. location in Savannah. I not ONLY shop at Mary Janes CBD because of the convenience, but I shop there because of excellent customer service! Each employee always welcomes you me with a smile and remembers exactly what I want or like every time. They are very knowledgeable about their products I trust their honesty and opinion on new products. I’d like to give a special shout out to Anna & Aimee! These ladies are always super friendly, cheerful and always have my product already at the register waiting for me when they see me pull up. It’s a good feeling when people remember you and what you like, especially someone like me who suffers from social anxiety. What a great team!!! I highly recommend THIS Mary Janes location to anyone in or out of the Savannah area.

I live close to this Eisenhower location and have been coming here for a little while now, I’ve always had great experiences coming in! The staff is very warm and friendly and happy to help with what the customer is looking for, and they’re very knowledgeable in their product! The place is always clean and there’s always someone at the front counter to assist in shopping. Definitely recommend this location!

I live downtown and this is the best and most reasonable smoke shop this side of Savannah. The staff is great and have always been accommodating to me and anyone I bring there as well. Good conversation and great flower, Aimee always hooks me up with what I need :)

I'm here checking reviews prior to visiting store...gonna go elsewhere, who "checks products prior to leaving store" if packaging is sealed???? Seems like mgmt has a excuse for every bad customer experience.
Do you offer as many samples as you have for every "no refunds" signs in your store?
Just moved to the area...hubby and I are checking our places. We visited "Fat & Fine" in Savannah, GA restaurant recently. They'd just had a large event the day before, ran out of what was needed to complete my order...Let me tell you (OwnerMgr) the MANAGER/OWNER of Fat & Fine came out greeted us with professional candor.

This lady oozing with confidence, candor and polite professionalism (and a minority I might add ;) didn't freakin' stumble at going above and certainly beyond to satisfy her NEW (and future customers) we did not ask nor expect what she did. I got the impression that this lady doesn't her lead or run her business with a poverty mentality...therefore no need to post so many "no refunds" signs, or demand her customers sample/check their product before leaving the store, refuses returns of non-working products.
The only businesses that make every excuse for bad service are those that are owned and run by those who have a poverty consciousness. And will always suffer in business because of this mindset. No matter how much you raise your prices, nickle and dime your customers. You will never have nor arrive at "enough".
