They were very helpful and didn't mind being helpful and actually having a conversation. I've been to all the smoke shops in statesboro and this is legit the best one. I'm very grateful it'd hard to find good and amazing people. They have everything too that a smoke shop sells but the best prices.

I love this shop and the people who work here. I have yet to find another shop around that can compete with their prices. The one downside is that they run low on their products pretty often, but you can always call ahead to see if they have what you are looking for. I definitely recommend this place, and will be back for sure!

I worked at xhale for right over two years. I have recently left to pursue other opportunities due to recent company issues. Unfortunately the shop itself has slowly been going down hill. To start the shop is rarely stocked with products, let alone products that aren’t expired. Employees focus more on video games or getting high than they do focusing on customers and learning the products they sell. The issues don’t end here unfortunately customers who have loyalty accounts which save up money are often confused when all of their in store credit has disappeared. Often this company has system errors causing customers to give up on their earned credit. If you think this is bad often the company places labels over products to either change their expiration date, or to change the type of product itself. I would do yourself a favor and shop literally anywhere else.

I've found a new better shopping experience with MUCH LOWER PRICES! than ALL the vape shops in 3 County area, I enjoy their large inventory and their much lower prices and the staff is helpful too.

Updating my review because they have now terminated the employee that continuously made sexual remarks to me! I appreciate them reaching out to me personally, though it should have been made aware to the big bosses sooner, I do appreciate that they took my feelings and comfortability seriously. This has been my favorite vape shop, and knowing that the creep is gone I will 100% be returning.

Place is going down hill. Sold me a vape they don’t keep coils in.. FOUR TIMES. Every time I come in no one even attempts to help me. This place used to be the best in town.. what went wrong?? You guys were the best.. I can only hope you change to get back up there again
