Iโve been a regular customer and Iโm deeply disappointed at their โbaitโ & โswitchโ so called โflower of the weekโ specials. Bottom line is they announce a sale and the product is sold out immediately!! I was told have to be in the store in person during the early bird announcement, cause it sells out right away, before the beginning of the sale week. This means they never actually have the โflower of the weekโ at the announced sale price DURING the sale week, so itโs just a classic โbaitโ & โswitchโ strategy, offering only more expensive product to every poor sap who shows up during the sale week, cause that customer wasnโt there in person for the early bird sale announcement the afternoon before the week began. Terrible customer service. Deceptive. Iโve been happier lately with their competition, where the prices are lower and there are no game playing false deals to lure people in on false pretenses.
