I’m disabled and they demanded I go into their shop FIRST before going into the dispensary. I told them several times that I was a customer and I was going to buy after I went into the dispensary as I had a preorder. But no they kept harassing me. Their logic would force customers to re-park after shopping at each store. They lost a customer and I spent quite a lot of money there. And then they stated they didn’t care about my business. If they care more about who parks where than keeping their customers happy perhaps they should manage a parking lot.

Favorite chain of stores on the Big Island... They have everything an Irie lifestyle person needs (except for food) Glass, pipes, tobacco products, RYO products, Vape/Mods and the largest selection of E-juice on the island... Also have Kratom and CBD... The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable and treat all there customers with Aloha!!!

1 star (can't go lower) is for the Kinoole shop, ONLY.
I normally shop at the Pahoa store, however, yesterday I was in Hilo & the KINOOLE store was very close to other errands. Bought a bag (last one on the shelf,) of my regular tobacco. When I opened it this morning, it was so crunchy & super dry! Long story short, at the Kinoole location, ALL SALES FINAL. NO REFUNDS/exchanges. Buyer beware. They do NOT stand behind their products......
Plz note, the Pahoa store is a whole different story, had I bought it there, they would happily exchange the item...

Ire Hawaii smoke shop has all your marijuana , tabacco, dab, vape and even CBD products just stop by and check them out . they even have some cool t shirts and gear for your pieces .
