Most always the staff are friendly and knowledgeable, considering most of the people who walk in here are peeled and cracked back and can't even remember why they walked in. Myself included too I guess. 😆 🤣 Good shop for real though. Grade A

Went in to get some odor eliminator spray. The guy was really helpful and friendly. So Shout out to him. They have some awesome stuff in there if you haven't been you should go check it out.

Was in there to buy a detox product...was pressured on which one to get...changed my mind and brought it back 3 days later with reciept and was told I can't get my refund back and no store credit... shame on you VAPOR DOOR... probably gonna lose a lot of business smh

I had a very unpleasant experience, I went around 9:30 pm, looked around for a minute because the employee was busy. As soon as he was at the register I went up, only to get a coil, and he told me to wait because they had other people that had been there first, I stood for 5 minutes at the register after telling him what I needed. When he came back from helping the others he said "please move" I again told him I only need a coil, he then said "they were here first." And they also said they would have no problem with me going first. I was upset and said I would just go somewhere else, and as I was leaving he said "okay, bye". I went back in several minutes later to ask his name, and he was again rude to me, because according to him "he could take complaints as well". I will no longer be using this location, or this branch of vapor store, because of a very rude employee named Carson.

Fanatic place. The guys here not only have everything displayed so it’s easy to find what you want, they are also incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I’ve been to vape shops across the country and, I usually get little to no help. IF I’m even greeted at all. Those places should take customer service classes from these guys. Thanks for everything!! 10 10 recommend!!
