Going in it's a pretty chill environment. I enjoyed the service. They helped recommend good brands and flavors, they were patient, they seemed to value me as a customer and the service seemed to be fairly quick. They have a very wide selection of whatever it is you need vape or herb wise. I would definitely recommend and I know many others who would as well.

Great customer service from both Samantha and Cameron. Sam was very knowledgeable and helped me find the right flavor of Elf bar. I've had bad picks before so I was delighted when I tried the new Lost Mary strawberry ice bar and it was exactly what I wanted and more then I hoped for💛❣💛 Cameron was very polite and patient when I paid helping me be at ease during the transaction. Lift with a smile and uplifted spirit thanks to the both Sam and Cam.

Maybe explain to your customer as to why one is not able to bring in a old juice vape into the store…..I walk in, start to explain a problem with my old pen that I bought from there when I was abruptly told by the employee to put my old juice vape outside without any sort of explanation from her as to why I needed to put it outside….If there’s rules to this situation that’s fine, but at least explain without making the customer feel uncomfortable.
