Our family had been doing business with Juicity in Pocatello, Idaho since it first opened and we’ve had excellent customer service at every visit. We enjoy the free Keurig coffee selections while we browse and do business. Recently I bought a new KoKo vape to replace the original one I had for several years but had some problems with leakage. The process for returning the new vape in-store for a replacement was hassle-free! The quality of the KoKo replacement pods we’ve found to be poor but if we get a faulty pod we’ve had no hassles returning them for a replacement pod. I’ve been to many other vape stores in Pocatello and Juicity’s customer service sets the bar.

Extremely knowledgeable staff and super friendly and genuine folks. The store has a great selection and an awesome loyalty program but it's the staff that keeps me coming back.
Jorja remembers the flavors and the devices I have which is great because I forget lol! She's always cheerful and goes out of her way as well as everyone else here.
They make great juice selections and have not once disappointed. You really can't do any better than these fantastic human beings!

Easy to access off the freeway, stopped in during a road trip for coils and juice and the staff on shift was very friendly and knowledgeable. She even offered to clean our tank, change our coil and fill it for us. Great customer service and the juice choices are amazing ! They mix them in store so we know they're fresh, not sitting there for months. Wish we had one in Twin !

Have you met Taylor? She is fantastic at her job . She went above and beyond to make sure I had the exact products that I needed. They have a reward card system the only vape shop around this area that has one I love this. Staff here is really knowledgeable and when you ask for a suggestion they give an honest one. The staff also remembers their customers and our favorite orders. I have never came in and not had my favorite orders ready and in stock for me they even call me when I special order items to let me know they have arrived. They are always willing to tell me about new products and what other customers have to say about them. Even when they are busy they acknowledge that you are there and get to you promptly they take the time for each customer to have a good experience. The place is well-kept and modern and pleasing to the eye. It's hard not to look at everything they have to offer because there's always new and exciting products

I LOVE Juicity. The place is such a vibe, and perfect for chilling, testing out your new disposable, and chatting. The staff is always so nice and friendly and you can tell they actually know what they’re talking about. Georgia is the sweetest, and amazing at her job. She’s so friendly to everyone that comes in, and can answer literally any questions you have. I cannot recommend Juicity enough, they have a very wide selection of juices, mods, disposables, etc. They even carry glassware! A perfect one-stop shop for sure <3 Also they have punch cards that actually fill up quick!

The employees were on their phones when I walked in, and not very welcoming to newcomers.
I was looking for a good recommendation on a new disposable and one of the blonde female employees was just very short with me and not friendly. Definitely going to be stopping by a different Vape shop in town next time.
