I like how they know their regulars pretty well, they are fast but efficient, which is awesome!
They are always in stock of what I buy, I love how frequently the cigarettes I smoke have a sale because then I can buy more to last me and if you want to switch it up, they are pretty knowledgeable about the products and that is why I always go there over other places.
Still haven't tried the candles yet, hoping to soon because they smell amazing!

Great pricing and they accept manufacturer coupons that saves even more . They have very kind sales folks. They go out of their way to help customers and even inform about what is on sale. I love this little store. They also sell candles and incense.

I have money in my hand, she said put the change on counter and preceded to pick up the change, then took the cash from my hand.
If your picking up what I'm throwing down you see the dumbfounded look on my face while looking at her? I'll leave it at that.

The older person that wears the cap is not the friendliest person. I was very polite but they seemed annoyed I was even trying to buy something from them. Other than that it was good.

Owner (oldest lady) was very rude to me over some confusion about which product to look at, since i could not see it through glass...she pulled out every one around it, after i read what the label said it was and pointed towards it and then she was getting flustered and acted like it was my fault or i wanted to be a pain. Throughout the whole thing i was still calm and polite and tried to make it seem like no biggie. I have spent thousands here, probably helping to keep the place out of business a month or two when its been slow, just to get treated like aome random bum off the streets trying to be unreasonable or start problems in there.
I already made a review about it leaving 2 stars (which is a shame, cuz everyone else is really nice) but as expected it was removed to keep a higher rating score. I wont stop leaving this review..and if you wanna keep messing around for your terrible customer service that day, maybe 20 or more friends will start dropping by, having bad experiences, and leaving bad reviews.
