I'm new to Rexburg and I didn't know where to go for juice and I was referred to this place by my coworker and honestly I'm glad I was told about it because I was helped by a guy named Ty i called in advance to check the store hours and if there was any sales going on and it was awesome service over the phone he professionally gave me an idea on some clearance items so i came in and im glad I did if you go in ask for Ty he did tell me he was new as an employee and honestly he's a super chill dude helped me find what I needed and even recommended some products so you know i had to pick at least one of them up but i will say I'd definitely be going back to this store because the amazing customer service Ty had given me so thank you Ty I hope you see this review because you definitely deserve it man you killed customer service man!!

So I bought a bottle of juice and 2 pods for the coco salt nic vape and when I got it only 1 pod was in there I went back today (the day after) went in and explained what happened the man helped me out and was very reasonable and polite I bought 2 coils I didn't even need just because of the polite man's integrity. Service = 10/10 this is my favorite vape shop and I highly recommend yall check it out if you're 21+. #GiveThatManARaise!!

This vape shop doesn’t carry any Smok products anymore, and that’s super unfortunate; but other than that I like everything else about this shop. It’s just not the one I go to anymore because they don’t carry the products I use.

My wife needed a new mod and so we visited this shop where we had previously done all of our business since Justin owned it. While there, the sales lady sold us a display model, single battery, mod. We took it home and could not get our battery in it. It wouldn't work and the case was impossible to close. We were not informed that we would need a new battery.

We drove back to the store seeking to exchange it for store credit which we would put towards purchasing a more expensive mod that would fit our needs.

However, the "assistant to the owner" would not allow it due to "policy." Even though there are no signs warning that all sales are final, this is their attitude.

As one who previously owned his own business and has worked in the high stakes of customer service at a major IT company, and is certified through the American Management Association for Customer Service Excellence, the inept customer service performed by management baffles the mind. Due to an outrageously sub par policy, this company missed out on doubling their profit. In addition, they have lost two customers for life, and risked word of mouth reference from said customers. They also risked this review. With a vape business located in a social atmosphere where their services are not accepted by the general public due to religious beliefs, they cannot afford to lose any customers.

The number one rule in Customer Service is that the customer is always right. It is far more worth it to have customer retention even if it means a few dollars loss, so that you have repeat business. In this case, they would have actually doubled their profit.

So to anyone who is thinking of giving them your business, be prepared for horrid customer service, being stuck with a sub par product, and also overpaying for items and juice that you could get much cheaper elsewhere. But if you're fine with that, hey, go for it!

Always super helpful and willing to help figure out any mod issues and discuss coil options! Just wish the prices were a tiny bit better and they had a more diverse selection of juices..

Terrible owners. They won't pay as much attention as they need to at the Rexburg store. They won't stock up the Rexburg shop with what the customers want and need, despite having plenty of inventory at the Idaho falls shop. They got a new register system and took away as many discounts as they can get away with. They also shifted the focus from paying attention to all customers to only customers who are making larger purchases. There's a huge communication gap as well. Nearly impossible to communicate with the bosses and other employees. If you can, go to a store in Idaho Falls.
