My son Taylen was born cerebral palsey. It is a devastating diagnosis for any parent to hear for their child. When he was a baby we noticed silent seizures which are hard to pin point, unfortunately we learned what they were when he was older. We noticed his grand mal seizures around 4 years of age which were pretty hard to see happen, it feels like your child is going to pass at any moment. At birth my son was prescribed phenobarbital, he still had the silent seizures. When he was around 4 years old with the grand mal seizures they switched him to trileptal and he would have them still maybe three times per month. When Taylen reached around 7 years old he would have break through seizures around five or six times a month and they decided to switch him into two meds and added Keppra to the dosing which he still had the trileptal as well, this caused him to be severely constipated and irritable, he learned to hit himself during this time which was really hard to try and keep your child from doing or be fast enough to catch him before he bruises his face. We had enough, his father and I decided to look more into CBD products and try to get Taylen off of the seizure meds. I found the owner of this wonderful company and he truly filled me with so much wonderful knowledge. He does custom mixes for Taylen and taylors the doses to his specific needs. As the CBD world has evolved there has been really wonderful strains that have come out, Taylen had break through sezures maybe once a month at this point and we were able to get him off of his prescription medications for seizures which were very light snorting but no convulsions. Now there is CBG and let me tell you, it's been a complete game changer for him, he's been completely free of seizures for almost a year now and his learned behavior of hitting has almost deminished. Hes also constipation free and so much more happy which means everyone can enjoy life now so much more. I'm so greatful for Bodhi Wellness and for Junior to be helping us accomplish so much more for our son. Thank you so much.
