I have been a regular customer to both locations for a year, and im not sure who the new faces and employees are.. However I do not like being rushed after looking at the beer for several minutes.. I will be taking my business to the Blue Lakes location instead of Washington St.

This is my all time favorite store in all of the Magic Valley! They sell anything and everything you could ever need, as far as vices go... they sell my Marlboro Red Label 100's, Royal brand Maeng Da Kratom (orange label), they sell cute lighters, incense (yay for Nag Champa!), cute ash trays, torches, rolling papers, sprays that cover up all sorts of smelly things, and so, so much more! I just love this place, and am so thankful Big Smoke exists near where I live! Thanks, guys! Much love!

Loved the prices. Under-impressed with the service from the cashier. Don't think I'll return to the Washington St. Location in the future. Treating customers with respect, or at the very least decency, goes a long way; both are concepts that fell flat.

This place has everything & is decently priced the only problem I have had is that they are never opened When the website & door says they open. I have sat outside making myself almost late to work several days in a row waiting for them to open. Maybe they should update the website & hours of operations sign so people know what time they actually open. The blue lakes store is always open when it’s supposed to be it will get my business now!
