Huge selection of vape products and e juice. Hardware is priced very competitively.. staff is knowledgeable and customer service is great. Atmosphere is laid back, no upsale pitch or pressure to buy by any unnecessary accessories. Best shop in town to go to if your looking for specific products or replacements. I've been going to snake river for 5 years before they were at their new location, anytime I've had a problem with a device they've been willing to help and make it right. One stop shop for all vapor related needs

The shop was extremely clean and felt organized and well managed. They had a great selection of liquid and hardware. The employees were both friendly and knowledgeable. And to top it all off the prices were the lowest in town!!! SRV is the top shop in Twin!

A nice. genuine. satisfying interaction accompanied by two or three green little President George Washington’s staring at you with a face of approval as they remain in your finger tips due to S.R.V providing the best prices in town. I really appreciate your business!

SRV is the best shop in Twin Falls, if not the whole state. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my vape supplies, and the staff is always knowledgeable and super helpful. I can only speak to my own experiences, but I would be extremely shocked if anyone there was disrespectful in any way towards someone who's served this country in the military. As a veteran myself, I've only ever had them thank me for my service, and while its true they don't give a specific military discount, they have a loyalty program that give everyone ten percent back on their purchases, and a lot of other shops don't do that kind of thing.

These guys are pros. They KNOW the equipment (including the little tiny parts) as well as the subtle intricacies between all the flavors. They're also extremely well organized without any of the intense pushy sales come-ons. They are awesomely supplied

Awful customer service. Wouldn't give us a refund/exchange for a defective mod box, even with our warranty. We were within our 14 day return limit and they still refused, only offering 20% off on a new one. When we asked to try out some of their flavors, they acted like we were intruding on their hangout time. They kept trying to go to the back to vape and were annoyed when we would stop them to ask questions about certain items. If you don't want customers, just say so. We'll gladly go somewhere where our business is appreciated and a warranty actually means something.

No longer the same after change over. I've been there a few times after was told they would be getting more of the juice I purchased prior. Now they don't even have the batterys. Sad cause I used to love this store. They had so many choices a new to vaping person use to be able to go in there and be able to get whats best for them. The. Workers are nice now that Snakeriver vapors
Update the original owners sold it. Now the juice I bought and the style of vaping I use no longer is being sold... Searching again for a new vape store.

Went in to buy about 5 bottles and waited 10 minutes. No big deal on the wait. Asked a young bearded guy a question, only to have him cut me off mid sentence and help the guy behind me. Walked out and won't go back. Needs better cusmtomer service. Especially for those of us who spend $$$ there often. Worst experience in a vape shop I've ever had.

I think I may have came at a bad time of day. There were 3 staff on duty one of which may have been training. I usually stop here on my lunch if I'm needing something such as a coil, glass, or juice. Today I needed a glass and I wasn't given the correct one. The new guy wasn't given excellent support from his supervisor and it made my feel a little bad for the guy. However, I was provided with the correct glass for my vape so that's awesome! I just felt the supervision of the trainee was very negative and could have been handled loads better.

The staff here is excellent. Friendly and helpful without being pushy, and they don't just try to upsell you on the most expensive gear, they give personal recommendations for your needs and budget. 10/10
