Would like to start by thanking the Mr. Nice Guy Alton location for such a quality selection at such an affordable price. I would really like to recognize Cheyenne though, for going above and beyond to make sure i found exactly what i was looking for. She is so knowledgeable about all the different products and their intended uses. I got an entire lesson in the short amount of time i was in the store. I thought for sure she was a manager, by how informed she is and how she goes that extra mile to make sure her customers are not only satisfied, but educated about their purchases as well. It would delight me to see her in an actual management position there.
I couldnt have asked for better customer service, truly. I will be back. Thanks Mr. NICE GUY('s &gals) π

RUBY was so sweet, professional,b3f and helpful. Me and my partner were both a little lost on what we wanted. She recommended the CBD carmels to me. I chose the chocolate Carmel flavor and OMG!! I AM IN LOVE WITH THEM!!
Not only do they test incredible without any weird of taste while eating it or after taste. I am so g*$==tΕ/>/f%$/
My partner chose the THC chocolate bar, as Ruby advised. He said it taste great. Although, he will definitely get thc and cbd in his edibles, next time, Ruby found what he was asking for very quick.
I had to be very sure that I was not going to ingest any THC, due to poszible drug test. I explained this and They made sure to find me something that would be great for me.

This place is great! I love the Alton location. There is a nice, tall woman with long brown hair. I don't remember her name; but, she was really friendly and helpful. She took the time to explain a lot of things to me and was very aware of practicing COVID precautions. She was wearing a pink and blue bracelet. I appreciated, not only the nice selection, but, the helpful, knowledgeable staff.

This place is amazing, a lot of cool stuff to look at. The best thing about the store was Cheyenne tho. Immediately she started helping my brother and I as we observed the store. The kicker is all the information and versatility she provided when answering my questions. I could tell she has an invaluable diligence worthy of acknowledgment. Definitely looking forward to coming here again.

Cheyenne was super helpful! First time ever in this shop in a couple years. Cheyenne was very knowledgeable about all of the products and their effects.
