My most recent visit was horrible! First I called to find out if they had a product available and the guy put me on hold for over 20 minutes before it sent me to voicemail. Then when I went up there I made a $40 purchase and he didn't even put the points on my rewards like I asked! There's plenty of these kind of shops around, don't waste your time with this one.

Aryanna answered all of my questions and was extremely helpful and educational. I haven't ordered anything yet but I am very impressed with the help they give you. Because they have 46 strains, it can get tricky with Kratom apparently, so thank you. Would recommend 👌

Always friendly, the entire staff. Always knowledgeable and willing to help. CBD Kratom has the most trustworthy product especially with delta 8 cartridges, and other delta 8 products. I go to several cbd kratom stores in the St. Louis and metro east area and this Belleville store is by far the best and my favorite. I look forward to going into the store just based on the friendliness of the staff.
