There is so much I can say so much about this place. Been going here since they opened and they treat me like family. Even remember things going on in my life. The people here are amazing and will go out of their way to make sure you have a great experience with them. They are very knowledgeable about their products and give great recommendations. 5 stars all the way.

As a first time vapor, my beginner experience here was amazing! Jarod and Adam were amazing each visit my husband and I came in! They worked with us on deals as we both bought our separate mods and juices and the customer service and knowledge they gave us was right on point! I will be going back real soon to get more juice and visit them soon, and I'm proud to say as we went in there still smoking 3 weeks ago, we are now smoke free! Stay calm and Vape on Now!!

I'm new to vaping and my gf was ready for an upgrade. The service was excellent. All our questions were answered. They even helped fix the gf's pen so it worked correctly. They also seem to have a great variety in oils as well. I will be going back quite often.

Found a juice that I like (and I'm a pretty big juice snob), and they have a decent selection of hardware. Customer service is OUT OF THIS WORLD awesome. Adam is very polite, fun to talk to, and has a great personality. You can tell he really cares about everyone that comes into the shop. The shop around the corner that sits in a basement of a cigarette store told me some negative things about this shop, so if they tell you, don't listen. Experience these guys got yourself. Next time I'm in the Bloomington, IL areas and need vape items or juice, I'm coming here. Thanks again, Adam!
