CBD Kratom Andersonville

I've been a regular at CBD on Clark for a little over a year. Sam Priest is the only person I will go to! She's very informative, is always showing me the new products and gets me what I need. Keep her forever, she's great!

I am a first time shopper. Helena was so extremely sweet and helpful! She was so patient and knowledgeable. I did not feel pushed or rushed, which was a huge relief.

This was my first visit here, and I was helped by Bee. She was by far the most informed and friendly salesperson I have had with this product. Looking forward to my next visit, and happy to recommend this store to anyone.

Neat and tidy storefront with a wide selection and a friendly and very knowledgeable staff. I was assisted by manager Austin who found a product that was perfectly tailored to my needs within a few minutes based on his specific questions.

Before today, I really liked this place, and still think their other location in Bucktown is great. They generally have great customer service except for their manager in Andersonville with brown hair and beard. Basically, I was sold a defective item, and he even confirmed it was defective by testing it. I've been there plenty of times and he has even helped me before. I've been there so much that I don't ever ask for a receipt, because I figure, oh they're are super nice and I've never had an issue before, why ask? I have even bought a defective item before and they replaced it no problem. But this manager simply said in a very snarky tone, oh well it clearly says no refunds, no exceptions. He even did one of those, well if you don't like it, you can call my manager right here [hands over card]. So yeah, even though everyone else is nice, why would i ever go back? You'd like spending hundreds of dollars would prove that you weren't trying to scam the company out of a $50, but i guess not. Also, why even offer a receipt if you aren't going to do anything about?

UPDATE: I went to the Bucktown location and they were really nice and didn’t do any of the other things the manager in Andersonville did. The manager in Bucktown said they had problems so yeah, they aren’t surprised. He exchanged the product no problem.

The owner also reached out completely separately outside of that and asked if he could replace the defective item. He was really nice, so I’m going to write this as a one-off incident. Everyone there is generally very friendly and knowledgeable, except the Andersonville manager obviously, and really likes the products. They are great at answering questions and get excited about all the new stuff in the store, which is great since there’s so much new stuff.

I have been a recurring customer at this location for quite some time and the service is always exceptional! Special shout-out to Azalea, Lex and Rory for always giving the best service and being the best of the best.

so many great products! I have been buying the oil and lotions for myself and family. We love the CBD lotion for aches and pains. I have knee pain and rubbing some lotion on my knees helps dull the pain so I can walk again, mom uses it on her arthritic hands and is amazed that the pain goes away. The staff at the store is amazing, the store is really clean, and they have a lot of products! If you are unsure about CBD, stop here and get information as the staff is always helpful.

Visited this store in Andersonville to get some CBD oil for inflammation. I was going to order online but it’s so much better visiting a store in person. Drew and Azelea could not have been more helpful. They asked about my aims for taking the CBD and directed me to the right product for me. Shop was great nice vibe and like I said the girls were great and I’ll be ordering from here again once I move to Rockford.

Each time I have been here every person was super friendly and down to earth. They take their time to help you figure out what works best for you. Jakari helped me this day- he was wonderful!. I definitely suggest going to this store.
