I went into the store today and met with a very clean environment and welcoming team of professionals that new what they were talking about. I asked questions and they worked together to provide the answers. I was given details on my purchase and how to use them. I've passed by this store (next to Ross on Randolph) and was always curious on what it was so I walked in. The store itself is set up in an inviting way. Lena greeted me right away and was very knowledgeable. I had no idea what Kratom was and she explained what it was along with the medicinal purposes. She saw I had my dog with me and let me know what products they had for animals as well as offering my dog a treat! She didn't feel like a pushy salesperson, just someone who really knew her products! They sell tons of CBD products as well as a section for cannabis products. It was a nice experience. Thanks Lena!
