I was thinking of buying a rig here however I over heard that the owner doesn't test their products because they might leave water marks. one of my friends bought a rig there the other day and it was leaking, he then tried to return it the next day and the owner was rude and unreasonable probably because he's aware he's selling poor quality products and doesn't care(which I guess is the reason he has the no return policy). I do not recommend going here if this is an example of the way they conduct business.

I went in today to purchase a puffco peak glass attachment. They had the perfect piece at a great price!!! The gentlemen that was helping me was very knowledgeable and chill. Thanks💯

Terrible shop. The owner is actively selling defective products. When you try and return a already broken product they said that all sales are final but they also claimed that you should have tested it before you bought it. But they don't let you test the products because testing it causes "water damage". How is someone supposed to test it? This shop is more trouble than it's worth . Never going back.

No receipt given. Over charged. I’ve called this place multiple times requesting for management or owners. I was given email to connect. Not professional. Employee had poor knowledge about their products. Uncomfortable to shop, didn’t have a chance to actually shop at comfort.

I've been here about 4 times i was impressed with the service however 3 of the vape pens ive purchased have not worked properly. The first 2
WOLF minis stopped working after about 2 weeks. And the last Airtis diamond Never worked from the beginning. Each time i bought the pen recommended by the workers there. I will b returning the latest one but only AFTER contacting the company about the defective products just to find out i have to return it to the store. I have been vaping for years and never have i had a pen last less than a YEAR! now I've purchased 3 pens in 5 months! WHAT GOOD IS GOOD SERVICE IF THE PRODUCTS R UNRELIABLE? This will b my last visit back!

Such an uncomfortable shopping experience. The salesclerk would not stop starting me down the entire time. It was weird & when I asked him questions he didn't really seem to know what he was talking about. I ended up not buying anything & definitely do not recommend.

Stopped by here a hour ago and the guy behind the counter was not only super friendly with a positive and energetic vibe but he also played Xbox. Which is a plus lol. Helped me to figure out that my vape just had a faulty coil and wasn't broke. ($40 saved) On top of that he gave me a decent deal on all the items I got. Would definitely recommend this place to ppl.

Great little shop with quite a large selection of smoking products on the southwest side. The staff was friendly and the service was quick. There's also a good amount of free street parking. I'll definitely be returning.
