Bought an $80 Smok kit here a couple of months ago. Needed coils. They didn't have any and when I asked about getting them he told me to buy them online, which has been illegal for a couple of years and no one ships to Chicago. He tried to sell me pods, insisting the coils were included. I opened the package to show him they weren't and he just stood there. I don't understand why they sell a product but not the needed accessories.
In addition, he had a very aggressive pit bull off leash that barked at me the entire time. He wouldn't call it off or put it in the back room. I love animals but this dog was not socialized and shouldn't be off leash in a public place. Obviously, I won't be back.

i buy disposables from them and usually it's fine, but an employee there recently tried charging me almost $60 for 2g disposable that was originally priced at $39 (and not really even worth that, honestly). definitely will not be coming back after that, even though it's the closest to my place.

Great smoke shop. Tons of products and the guys working there are super friendly. Shah is awesome, he treats you like family when you walk in. We just moved into this neighborhood and this is the best smoke shop nearby.

Excellent neighborhood smoke shop. Good service and selection, friendly folks. They had lots of useful advice about CBD products for a friend, and also managed to snag some parts for my vape even though they were out of stock online and most stores. It wasn't overnight, but that actually impressed me more: I don't know of a lot of smoke shops that would so persistent with a random request for a single item from a fairly infrequent customer.

this is my absolute favorite smoke shop! i have returned multiple times and am lucky to have it so close by my home! one day i was met with a bad experience; shortly after writing a review the shop owner (rocky) personally responded with notifying me that he would be in store in case i would like to come back in to have my issue fixed. rocky is by far the most hospitable shop owner i have came into contact with as of recent!!! not only did he offer a refund, rocky went out of his way to search his store along with his warehouse inventory to see if he could get me the item needed!

Stopped in just to look around and they have a better selection than I’ve seen anywhere else. Glass, cbd, kratom, etc. and great customer service. This will be my new local spot.
Edit: I’ve been back a couple of times now, same great experience. The guy at the counter turned me on to the absolute best dugout/one-hitter I’ve ever used. The staff knows and understands their products and they always help me out with information and not salesmanship.

When I went to the store he didn’t have the exact thing I wanted and he was like super apologetic and awesome and hooked me up with something very similar on the house. Great customer service.
