CBD Kratom Downers Grove

I had a wonderful experience shopping here the other day. It was my first time in this location. (I've only ordered online before). Both Gianna and Caitlin were a delight to talk to and so helpful! They were warm and inviting, professional, and very knowledgeable about all their products. They gave me great recommendations and helped me find the perfect gifts. The store was very clean and organized, and all the products are showcased very nicely. The atmosphere was also inviting. I had no idea it looked that cool inside. The products I received were a good deal, and I was able to use a coupon from my email from CBD Kratom, so it was an even better deal! Overall, I just enjoyed the connection I made with two very kind and genuine sales people, Gianna and Caitlin. They made my shopping experience fun, and I look forward to returning again...especially for the CBD bath bombs! Thank you again Gianna and Caitlin for your wonderful and kind service. ~ J

I visited the store today and spent a good deal of time talking to Chris about what to choose as a sleep aid. He was very knowledgeable and more than happy to explain everything I needed to know to make a decision. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

I recently bought an orange juice at this store to mix my kratom. After opening it I noticed black mold on the cap. Like a responsible customer I called the store to notify them there stock could possibly be bad. The manager apologized and promised me to make it right when I came in the store. I came into the store today to purchase some kratom products. She remembered our phone conversation and told me I could either exchange it for another OJ (which there was none bc they threw them all out) or choose a product of equal or lesser value. I simply asked if she could refund the price of the OJ ($3) on my $45 purchase. She told me she could not do this due to store policy. She told me I could get a lollipop or a lighter (things I don‘t need or want). This company lacks simple customer service. I was a loyal customer before this but will not be returning back to this store.

This is my first CBD store and the atmosphere is very calming. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. I came in to get something for myself and for my husband. I was looking CBD to help my husband sleep and myself for stress and relaxation. I also notice they have bubbling bath soak and many other items. I will definitely come back again when I'm in the area!

Josh was a great employee. Explained everything well & has very good knowledge on the products. Also was very nice

Went in a couple days ago for the first time and Dionna was very friendly and helpful. She helped me pick out the perfect kratom for myself and my grandma (who is super picky about stuff like this). Would shop here again. Wonderful service!

Loved the service Dionna gave to us today ! She knew exactly what she was talking about and was very patient with my grandma who has all these pain issues ! Definitely will come back, her service was so warm and welcoming
