I love this place! Jo was phenomenal!! She was very attentive and helpful with everything we purchased and looked at. She was patient and just as kind as could be. It was definitely a comforting experience and I will be back to see Jo again and grab more of everything that I purchased. I am satisfied with every single thing that I came home with, to help with my bone pain and sleep problems. Thank you Jo!!

Tasha is such a joy every time I stop at Mr. Nice Guys in Fairview Heights, IL. Always helpful and friendly. She always has a smile on her face and lifts your spirits by the time you leave. Keep that energy young lady! Very refreshing after a long day!!😀

This place is AWESOME! Jo helped a friend of mine find several types of product to help with sleep! Kalohe is super cool and helped us too! Neither associate was pushy or salesy!! They both made the whole experience totally worth it and I walked away completely enlightened! Education behind everything is so very important and these ladies NAILED it! This was my first time in a CBDKratom so I had a lot of questions about stuff around the store. Brendan and Tasha were very informative and were very patient and happy to answer my many questions I had. I only came in for a grinder but ended up grabbing some CBD caramels as well. After learning more about some of the products I will definitely be back and recommending this location to my family and friends!

Tasha or “Kalike” the manager makes me very uncomfortable. Underhand racism in the store. I see how she speaks to her employee of color and as a customer of color, Completely unacceptable, you speak and treat people like they’re human beings. Period. I could tell she was teaching a new employee but her lack of patience and blatant disrespect during the process completely turned me away from this location today. I’ll be back when new manager arrives, it’s 2023. One person can destroy a whole business, she may be that one very soon. Go to Belleville location if you want to have a good unbiased experience until new management here, this location does NOT deserve your money. We work too hard to support this type of behavior, just tired of it and the employee she was talking to Eric or Terrick , courteous, patient and clearly learning something new and no one deserves to be spoken to like that. I do not know what all is going on but the energy was off and the prejudice was blatant from management.
