The employees are nice, but this store is trying to charge $120.00 for a full spectrum 600mg tincture of water soluble CBD. By comparison, SunMed's Your CBD Store charges $70.00 online with free shipping for a comparable product. I have spinal stenosis and use CBD for inflammation. My local CBD stores went out of business or moved, so I tried finding another brick and mortar shop. Please stop price gouging for medicine people use for pain and illness. You're no better than big pharma.

I was in search of a natural way to ease the pain of my severe headaches. I drive by the store every day and finally thought I'd give it a try. I know nothing about CBB or how to take it or use it and Nathalie was so helpful and so kind. She has so much knowledge on all of the products, how they work and the best way to take them. I ended up choosing the CBD cloud tincture and it has changed my life!!! It does wonders when I get headaches and I've even started using it everyday it's just so good! Thank you so much Nathalie!!!

Sitting out front for the last half hour still not open. 3rd time they've either been closed or late during their posted operating hours. I'd love to give more than 1 start but you need to be operating a business to get a good rating. Based on other reviews this seems to be a trend.

I drive 20 miles to this place and have been here multiple times too. Every time I go here the girl that works weekend's is so very rude. She acts like I'm bothering her(she's always watching something on her phone)when I come into purchase my cbd oil. I'm sorry I interrupted her from whatever she was watching. She's very cold, doesn't know much about any of the products, and has absolutely no customer service skills. The owner on the other hand is very nice, knowledgeable, and has great customer service. Thats why I gave them 1 start. But unfortunately I only have time to go there on the weekend's and since the weekend girl's so rude. I will not be going there anymore. From now I'll be buying my item's online. There's no reason to be like she is to her customer's. She shouldn't be working in retail if she can't have great customer service. I definitely don't recommend going here on weekend's. It's not worth dealing with.

Excellent products! Mindy was extremely helpful in finding what will work for me! My first time using CBD oil and it completely relaxed me and took away moderate pain I was having from RA & Fibro. I will definitely be back!

I drove all the way to the lisle location from Elgin because after viewing them on Facebook I was very excited to check it out. I was looking to buy CBD for IBS. The lady working didnt seem interested in providing any information or maybe she just wasn’t knowledgeable. She seemed a bit cold and unfriendly as well. Trying to get a proper recommendation felt like pulling teeth..and she appeared annoyed. was hoping to get some expert advice and that the name of the establishment would prove to be well founded. But I won’t be returning unfortunately.

Excellent customer service the young lady Working there was extremely friendly and very knowledgeable About CBD And all the products in the store I personally suffer from anxiety and after taking CBD oil I feel a little more relaxed but still energized enough to do my daily tasks

Waste of a drive! Sitting outside the store and it’s locked/appears to be closed. Today is a Wednesday and it’s 5pm from their hours they should be open.
