My husband and I started using CBD oil from Harmony Wellness because we both have issues with pain ( he has a defibrillator implanted in his shoulder ) and I have degenerative disc disease, arthritis in my spine along with sciatica. I also suffer from severe anxiety. Our goal is to not only feel better but to get off all of the medications and supplements we take. We got some tincture oil, some gummies and some shower steamers. I have not taken any of my arthritis medicine, my anxiety medicine or any of the supplements I use for relief for two days now. I have never been able to skip either without feeling the effects within hours. We both have also not taken any melatonin for the past two nights and have both slept great without any groggy side effects. I am not saying I have been cured of anything here but what an awesome thing it is if I can get off of all of those medications and feel even better than I did while I was taking them!

I must first say, I was a skeptic when it came to CBD. I tried the products at Harmony for help sleeping and pain relief in my sore neck and shoulders. I figured it was worth the try since I had been in so much pain and feeling exhausted and defeated from not getting sleep. 🤷♀️ Nothing else seemed to help.
The staff was AMAZINGLY knowledgeable & helpful!! They suggested I try the sour bear gummies to help me sleep. The first night i slept like a BABY and i haven't been disappointed since!! If I take them in the morning I feel relaxed and calm through the day and if I take them at night I get solid sleep, which I haven't had in YEARS!
I next tried the different pain creams for my aching back and neck. I found my perfect zone with the 500mg Relief Balm. It's not overpowering like Icy Hot, but soothing and provides instant relief! I also got the Pain Patches to wear for continuous relief throughout the day. It helps so much since I sit at a desk all day. I come home and I dont feel tight and tense anymore!!!
