I am not someone that participates a lot. Knowledgeable is also another work I would not use. When gong to a dispensary I always feel like it is my job to do my homework first then buy.
Here they are the teachers and I am the student. Urbane Hemp Company never claim that they are selling dispensary level products. I can also do my own simple Google search to see that the THC products are regulated in a CBD store. For me it is good. I will keep coming back.
The CBD Restore Balm provides almost immediate relief to body aches and in my joints on my hands. I will for sure keep buying this product.

Not a review - to those complaining that the flower doesn't feel "from a dispensary" level, it's because it isn't supposed to. It is a hemp store, not a dispensary - don't confuse the two. It would be outright illegal for them to sell marijuana without licensing.

Everyone here is very nice. Store is easy to navigate. However, as a person who was 100% new to all things cbd and thc I felt like I was mislead quite a bit on what I was purchasing. I did not know this store is not a true dispensary and their thc products are 0.3%. The sales person really made it sound much stronger and cautioned me multiple times, when it truly did nothing for me. Nice for some cbd products but I was a little disappointed that they couldn’t help educate me a bit more on what I was purchasing.

I don't believe the cannabis has actual thc in it but the science guy that works there swears it is. I like that he's knowledgeable but there's no way whet they are selling us the same as a dispensary hence the cheap prices. I'll gladly take this back if they get it lab tested.

I’ve literally never been to a CBD store who has staff that are so incredibly intelligent and knowledgeable about the entire world of CBD. I’ve been here at least five times now and I’ve probably gone to at least 20 or 30 CBD shops in the country but this is the only one I’ve ever written a review for because I recommend it so highly.
I love the large diversity of CBD products they offer, plus the staff is so warm and helpful, and they very clearly understand the science behind CBD and the different strains. I’m seriously blown away by how much more knowledge I gain every time I’ve been here. This shop isn’t even local for me but I commute just to be able to go because it’s by far heads above the other CBD shops in the entire Chicago area.

Good news travels slow. So I'm greatly surprised that this business is not located on the back of a turtle. I don't have the vocabulary to describe how pleased I was with my visit. The words awesome, affordable, courteous, helpful, wonderful, kind, friendly, knowledgeable, and vast, only begin to describe the environment, the staff, and the selection that awaits anyone lucky enough to do business with this establishment.

Awesome shop. I bought the delta 8 cartridge to get a more relaxed and less anxious high and I love it. Bought the full spectrum cbd gummies for my mom to help her sleep and she loves them. She has gotten a full night of sleep and woke up feeling fresh everytime she's taken one. Employees are very knowledgeable on products as well. I will be back!

First time visitor and I’m excited to go back. I usually get my CBD topical from the dispensary so it’s nice to have this option nearby and it’s helpful to have very knowledgeable owners like Brad. I came in presenting a problem and he found a solution! Can’t wait for their coffee line to drop.
