HIGH SUPPLY LABS
First time in the store, I was pleasantly greeted by Conner (very nice and funny person) and Victoria who didn’t hesitate to get me started on the new elfbars. Special thanks to the Assistant manager Jacey for showing me around the store and all the cool new features. Her knowledge and patience is very commendable. Definitely coming back!!!

This place is super clean, tons of products, I went looking for a bong, specifically. The salesperson and sidekick did an excellent job of helping me find exactly what I needed. Without their advice, I would have missed what was right in front of me. The prices seemed very reasonable. The place has an upscale vibe, but discreetly. I think it’s been shown in the professionalism of the staff on the two occasions that I shopped there . 👍🏼👍🏼

Essentials just opened up this new location in the Rock Island area recently and let me just say I could not be more happy. I already loved their other location so I new this was gonna be an absolute gem of a store I mean the customer service here is amazing, everyone is so nice and very helpful, no matter what you’re looking for the team at essentials will hook you up and find exactly what your are looking for. I’ve been coming to this location since it first opened and I haven’t stopped coming back since, something about the environment just makes feel at home.

CJ is probably the most compassionate cashier I have ever seen at any store. He attentively listened to my needs and recommended the EXTRAX Chocolates. It definitely did its job and I woke up feeling a lot better! I couldn’t believe they carry official Cookies merchandise too! The only other time I saw Cookies was at the Cookies Dispensary in Las Vegas. CJ is amazing! You can tell he really loves his job. I wish these guys the success they deserve!
