Just went there for the first time today and had a great experience. They have a wide selection of merchandise and flavors, both mainstream and made-in-house, and an incredibly helpful and friendly staff. I would definitely consider it one of the best stores in Rockford and would highly recommend them for anyone looking for a regular store to go to!

I had started smoking again after vaping tobacco free 2 years .today I went in the store after a 5 year of cigarettes, smoking. I brought my SMOK alien with me. Got new batteries a coil and Custard Juice. I'm sooo ready for vaping again. Peace .

Okay everyone who has ever been to this store knows that vaping is very expensive, but you can find it cheaper online. Obviously that's true, every vaping store I've been to is like that.
As for the sour after taste, definitely not. I'm vaping the Crushed Candy flavor and it's delicious. I love it so much.
Kevin was super helpful, and the environment is super friendly. I would recommend it even just to hang out with the guys. They're all really nice and will help you out if you're a beginner.

I've taken a ton of photos and thought they were posted. I'll need to check and see what happened. Gave a ton of info. It's a great place. Staff is extremely helpful and if you need any advice on your device they R more than happy to give you the time needed.

Asked my fiancé to stop by during her errands to pick up some juice for me. She was told that tastings were now 7¢ a flavor. She agreed and started the tasting. After she about six or seven, she was then informed the she needed to pay for 100 flavors. Why was she not informed about this ahead of time? This is a very shady business practice. The sales clerk was also very rude to her. Will never go to this location again.

Never vaped before Only info was from seeing friends do it but never asked about it I walked in and was kindly greeted by Topher who clearly knew what he was talking about. He helped me out a ton and answered all the questions I had. He recommended me a great vape for my first time and he was very patient and very thorough. I recommend going here. They let you try any juice you want before you buy and there are so many flavors of juice to choose from.

I moved from Rockford to NV. One of the few things I miss is this store! Everyone is so helpful and kind.
