I have a lot of chronic pain problems and I work a super physical job, but I was also super uninformed about CBD products. Katie and Mark helped me figure out what worked best for me; they are super knowledgable, friendly, and they take a lot of sanitary precautions when handling my stuff. I love coming here because the service and staff are wonderful. I'd give 6 stars if I could.

The array of products is stellar in quality and diversity but what makes this store especially noteworthy is the knowledge, helpfulness and warmth of the staff. While all of my experiences with the employees have been especially positive, I feel compelled to mention to Mark specifically. He posseses a comprehensive knowledge of the entire product catalogue and has consistently been able to answer questions (often complex ones) relating to the subjective effects of various Kratom strains and their subsequent alkaloid pharmacokinetics. I spent years working in the biotechnology sector where I obtained a firm grasp of molecular dynamics. Mark's knowledge and commentary on these products mirrors the latest peer reviewed scientific research publications including the swath of unknown components surrounding mechanisms of action. He is genuine and eager to be of assistance and frequently makes recommendations to match my queries. The only reason I’m giving two stars instead of one is because I do appreciate the honesty and helpfulness of the employees. That said, the company sounds horrendous and this day and age, it is completely unacceptable and unforgivable to take advantage of the employees that give so much time to learn about and spread the knowledge of their product. Upon visiting the store in the dropping temps amid the windy weather, I discovered the heat was broken upon inquiry as to why it was so cold in the store. I guess they provided a hazardous space heater that must be kept in the back but the employee informed me their discomfort using it for safety reasons. A company that cannot even take basic care of its employees will not be getting my business, no matter the product or knowledge of those it hires.

The cashier Anthony was absolutely amazing. He told me the different effects of the delta 8 flower I wanted and made everything easy to understand. He's super friendly and I'm 1000% going to come back super friendly service. 10 stars!!

My sister and I went into the shop on September 14th. It was so clean and organized, and both girls were so welcoming! Their knowledge on the products and length of time for the products to take affect as well as how long they lasted was super helpful. We ended up buying way more than I had planned, but we have no regrets! The chocolate bars are delicious and the taffy, strawberries and cream, were incredibly tasty. We will definitely be back and hope the girls are there when we step back in! Such an amazing place to check out when you’re looking for relief from pain and anxiety. Thanks so much ladies!!

Macenna helped me quickly find the Kratom products I was looking for! I didn't catch the other girls name, but she was equally helpful. The store was super clean and organized. I usually like to go to different shops but I think this might be my new standard location! Best prices, selection, and unexpected awesome things I wouldn't have thought to try. I came here to look for a birthday gift for a friend. This was my first time in here and I must say I am impressed with your store and your staff. Stephanie was super friendly and very knowledgable. She had all sorts of ideas for me. I ended up buying some really nice bath soak and bath bombs. I'm so glad I stopped in this store! I'll be back soon for sure!

Nice selection, informative staff. 🙂 Their CBD pre-rolls from beeZbee were a bit drier than I’d like, but they weren’t so bad that we didn’t go back for more yesterday.
