First time going in today and was happy with my experience. Lots of different products to choose from which was overwhelming but Mark was very knowledgeable about the products which I found super helpful. I think I'll go back!

I come to the shop in St. Charles often. I usually see Mark when I come and he is always wonderful, remembers me, and honestly answers all my questions (he knows a lot about a lot of the products and those he didn't have personal experience or can't 100 percent answer my question he's honest about it which is an often overlooked quality in a person. There's nothing worse than someone that won't just say I don't know. I had become accustomed to seeing Mark when I came in, so when I came in the other night and it was Anthony and Manny it threw me off. But I have to say my experience was just as awesome as always maybe even more so. I usually know exactly what i want and stick to the same basic things but that night I had been looking into your other products beyond cbd and kratom and Anthony was able to answer all my questions with personal experience and knowledge of the products. He listened to me and was really friendly, and didn't rush me at all. I asked a lot of questions and because he answered them all so well I bought everything I inquired about. I had had a really bad month before coming in and it really brightened my spirits. Plus the one new thing I got that I've been able to try so far the 1/2 baked brownie, gave me the best night sleep I've gotten in i don't know how long. It was not knock u out sedating but just slowly rocked me to sleep and I woke up this morning not hating everything and I can't remember the last time that happened. I wish i could give more then 5 stars cuz this was A+ customer service and product satisfaction. Thank you!!
